Presented is my contingency plan. Listing some possible issues which could arose. Then presenting next to the issues, actions which could be taken to reduce them. I've presented it in a table format for organisational purposes, so Its very clear when I come back to it and easy to read. One way in which I could improve, is to list more problems which could arose, and there solution. This would allow me to be even more prepared as I would be aware of more risks that could happen. Allowing my team and crew to be more aware of protentional hazards and issues which could happen.
