Here is my risk assessment. Each column focus' on a different factor when it comes to a hazard; listing the persons how may be harmed, property which could potentially be damaged, risks that could be controlled, on what level the hazard is and further actions required to control the risk. The reason I did a risk assessment for each separate scene is so I could fully evaluate each hazard that was potential. Therefore, when filming a scene, I could quickly got the (e .g.)Scene 3 Risk Assessment and be aware of the hazards and how to reduce them as much as possible.
A way in which I could improve is add another column, involving location. Saying where the hazard could happen, giving me more precise information on the hazard.
